Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, online, in the app or by phone, with effect from the end of your current month. You have 14 days from sign-up to cancel and get a refund (see clause 5). We will remind you before any free period ends and at least every 6 months while your subscription continues.

  1. The service. The subscription gives you access to AI audio descriptions through your LiteTouch device. The standard LiteTouch needs a compatible smartphone, our app and an internet connection. The LiteTouch Connect uses built-in mobile data, which is included in your subscription subject to fair use of [X] descriptions per day.
  2. Accuracy. Descriptions are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and can be incomplete or wrong, especially in poor light or with handwriting, small print or fast-moving scenes. Do not rely on them for safety-critical decisions such as crossing roads, identifying medicines, checking expiry dates or handling money without confirming another way.
  3. Availability. We aim to keep the service available at all times but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by loss of signal or by problems with our providers. If the service is unavailable for more than [48 hours in a row] through our fault, we will credit you for that period on request.
  4. Payment. We take the first payment when you subscribe (or when any free period ends) and then on the same date each month. If a payment fails we will let you know and try again; if it still fails after [14] days, the service will pause until payment is made.
  5. Cooling-off. You may cancel within 14 days of subscribing for any reason. If you have asked us to start the service immediately and have used it, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the days you had access. If you cancel in the cooling-off period after a free trial converts to paid, you will receive a full refund of that first payment less any proportionate amount for use after conversion.
  6. Cancelling. Cancel at any time using the "Cancel subscription" link in your account, in the app, by emailing its@touchable.world or by phone. We will confirm by email. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. No cancellation fee applies.
  7. Changes to price or features. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase or reduction in features. If you do not want to accept the change, you can cancel before it takes effect, without charge.
  8. Upgrading or downgrading. Upgrades take effect immediately and we charge the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date.
  9. Acceptable use. Do not use the service to record people covertly, to capture information you are not entitled to see, or to break the law. We may suspend the service for misuse after warning you.
  10. If you sell or give away your device. The subscription is personal to you. Cancel it, or contact us to transfer it to the new owner.
  11. Ending the service. If we ever withdraw the AI service, we will give you at least 3 months' notice and refund any amount paid for the period after it ends. The LiteTouch's tactile distance features do not depend on the subscription and will continue to work.
  12. Other terms. Clauses 12 (liability), 13 (privacy), 14 (complaints and law) and 16 of our Terms of Sale also apply to the subscription.
