Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. UK delivery is free. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days and send orders by Royal Mail First Class (Articles for the Blind where the recipient is blind or partially sighted), which normally arrives within 1–3 working days of dispatch. Because the LiteTouch contains a lithium battery, we cannot currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO or overseas addresses. If you live outside Great Britain and would like a LiteTouch, please contact us so we can let you know when it becomes available in your country. If your delivery has not arrived within 7 working days, call us.
